Full Job Description

We are looking for a recruiter with full-lifecycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees for our clients.

EJS Group, LLC is an executive recruiting firm that works in Oil & Gas, Construction, and .  Engineering Consulting verticals

As a 1099 independent contractor, you will be compensated upon the successful placement of a candidate.  Although we do not offer a base salary, commissions are 40-50% of the revenue generated per placement.  On average the commissions you will earn per placement is around $9,000-$12,000.

You should be able to attract candidates using various sources like LinkedIn and other social media networks and referrals.  We prefer you to stay away from job boards and pursue passive candidates.  

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our clients attract, hire and retain the best employees.  

Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit candidates by LinkedIn, databases, social media, etc.
  • Collect and screen candidate resumes
  • Conduct preliminary interviews various reliable recruiting tolls/methods to filter candidates
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Create short summary of qualified candidates to be submitted to the client
  • Maintain and update EJS Group database 
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during selection process
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (either as an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of searches and interviews to engage prospective candidates
  • Hands of experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
