Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction
Minimum Years of Experience Required: 3-5 Years
Extensive Travel Required - will be project assigned
Must be Authorized to Work in the US
Heavy-civil contractor - Top 400 ENR Contractor and employs over 350 employees annually.
The PM will manage and oversee construction project(s) in the Southwest Division operating in Oklahoma, Arkansas and NE Texas. The PM will have total bottom line responsibility for the project(s) assigned. The PM will be responsible for optimizing performance and gross margin. Includes Estimating, Operational, Administrative, Equipment and Personnel functions. Complete overall responsibility for organizing and directing the continuous operations of all contracted work assigned with the understanding and daily following of TQM philosophy.
3-5 years of relevant, progressively responsible construction management experience on highway and/or airfield projects up to $20M
Intimate knowledge of project management including documentation, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, dispute resolution, personnel management, and resource (personnel and equipment) scheduling.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Access), P6 Scheduling and/or willingness to learn
