Small recruiter working in the construction / oil & gas industry is looking for an administrator. Needing someone that can come in and do a variety of things. Looking for someone that intuitive, intelligent, and can think for themselves. Someone that is self motivated and is looking for a great part-time opportunity.
30hr work week.
Monday / Friday
$13-15 hr + commission
To interact with recruiters and get involved in the recruitment workflow. Help manage database and keep information up to date and accurate. Manage social media footprint (LinkedIn and Facebook) help build brand awareness. Create marketing campaigns and manage them. Create and maintain electronic filing system. Research and identify lists of potential candidates.
- Knowledge of/and ability to use Facebook and LinkedIn
- Computer Literate
- Strong written communication sills
- Understand sales process
