Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Office Administrator, we'll count on you to provide support to recruitment efforts. Duties will include document control, contractors payroll / time cards, item documentation, social media updates and database management
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
- Understands and can use social media for business purposes
- High attention to detail
- Strong typing skills
- Ability to work with and take direction
- Ability to work in a team environment with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
